As the source of Deshengyuan Folk-custom Hotel, Yishengchang
Exchange Shop was originated in 1873 (the twelfth year of
Tongzhi years). It was managed for thirteen years and went
out of business in Guangxu years.
After that, the later generations repaired it several times
and the courtyard was extended gradually and now it has been
pioneered as Deshengyuan Folk-custom Hotel. 。
